Learn with AI while keeping the effort

AI can structure practice and explain a difficulty, but copying a solution does not demonstrate learning. Use it to create opportunities to recall, attempt and correct, then test yourself without the model.

Method

1. Set a narrow goal

Choose a skill you can observe: explain a concept, solve a type of problem or recognise an error. Use identified course material and state your current level.

2. Attempt before viewing

Try a short exercise yourself. Ask for one hint instead of a complete solution. Compare your reasoning with the explanation and identify the first step where it diverges.

3. Test transfer

Solve a new example with different numbers or wording, without help. Explain why the method applies. If you fail again, revisit the underlying concept rather than memorising the original answer.

Example to adapt

From these course notes, ask me three questions one at a time. Wait for my attempt, then give a hint before showing a correction. Finish with a new problem using the same principle.

Checklist

Checks stay on this page; ticking a box does not automatically validate the result.

Deliverable

A practice session and a record of errors understood, not merely answers copied.

Limitations

Generated exercises and corrections can contain mistakes. Verify doubtful explanations with the course or another appropriate reference.

Sources for further reading and checking

These independent resources help you find a reference. Check the language and scope: a French resource may not describe rules in another country. These are not sources automatically consulted for generated answers.
